Raymond is an aquaculture technician at the Aquaculture Directorate Malta, and the coordinator of the Malta Killifish Conservation Project where he works towards the conservation of both the Maltese Killifish (Aphanius fasciatus). He also coordinates the Potamon Project, a project conserving the Maltese freshwater crab (Potamon fluviatile).
